2:00pm -Drop-off at your (Hotel/Airbnb)
Terms & Conditions:
By booking a service with Miami for the Culture, you agree to the following:
Booking Confirmation:
Your reservation is confirmed only after your deposit is received. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Payment Terms:
All experiences require a deposit. Full payment is due by the date specified in your invoice.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Deposit are non-refundable. Refunds (if any) are subject to our Client Agreement.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up at the scheduled time, your experience will be forfeited without a refund.
Weather:
In the case of unsafe weather or emergencies, we will reschedule the experience or issue a partial credit.
Conduct:
We reserve the right to terminate the experience with no refund if clients are disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive.
Photo Usage:
We may use photographs/videos taken during your experience for marketing unless you notify Us in writing.
